依那西普治疗幼年脊柱关节病相关髋关节病变的临床分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of etanercept in the treatment of juvenile spondyloarthropathies related hip joint disease.Methods:63 patients with juvenile spondyloarthropathies related hip joint disease were selected.They were all treated with etanercept.The clinical therapeutic effect of all the patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results:After 3 months of treatment, the Harris hip score,laboratory indexes(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C reactive protein and rheumatoid factor)were significantly better than before the treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.76% in 63 cases.Conclusion:The clinical effect of etanercept in the treatment of juvenile spondyloarthropathies related hip joint disease is significant,which can improve the function of hip joint in children,with small adverse drug reaction.It can ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical treatment.%目的：探析依那西普治疗幼年脊柱关节病相关髋关节病变的临床效果。方法：收治幼年脊柱关节病相关髋关节病变患儿63例，均给予依那西普治疗，对所有患儿的临床治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果：经治疗3个月后，患儿的Harris髋关节评分、实验室指标(红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白及类风湿因子)均明显优于治疗前(P＜0.05)；经治疗后，63例患儿的不良反应发生率4.76%。结论：依那西普治疗幼年脊柱关节病相关髋关节病变的临床效果较为显著，可改善患儿的髋关节功能，且用药不良反应小，可保障临床治疗的安全性和有效性。
