经阴道卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗良性卵巢囊肿临床效果观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transvaginal ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of benign ovarian cyst. Methods:100 cases of patients with benign ovarian cysts were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly, with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given open surgery,the observation group was treated by transvaginal ovarian cystectomy,the clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The operation time,bleeding volume,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference of menstrual changes between the two groups(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the follicle stimulating hormone,progesterone generated hormone,estradiol and antral follicles F0 in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of benign ovarian cyst had less invasive and less bleeding,which had less influence on the function of ovary.%目的：探讨经阴道卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗良性卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法：收治良性卵巢囊肿患者100例，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组给予开腹手术治疗，观察组给予经阴道卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗，比较两组临床效果。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间及住院时间明显少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组月经变化比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后3个月，观察组卵泡刺激素、黄体酮生成素、雌二醇及窦状卵泡F0数明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：经阴道卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗良性卵巢囊肿创伤小，出血少，对卵巢功能影响小。
