心电图诊断左心室肥大的临床应用意义分析

摘要

目的：探讨心电图诊断左心室肥大的临床意义。方法：对79例患者行心电图和超声检查，比较检查结果。结果：79例患者中，确诊左心室肥大77例。超声诊断左心室肥大71例，符合率92.21%；心电图诊断左心室肥大69例，符合率89.61%；超声诊断符合率与心电图差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：心电图诊断左心室肥大操作简单，诊断符合率高。%Objective:To explore the clinical significance of ECG in the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods:79 patients were given ECG and ultrasound examination.We compared the results of the examination.Results:In 79 cases,77 cases were diagnosed as left ventricular hypertrophy.71 cases were diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy by ultrasound,and the coincidence rate was 92.21%.69 cases were diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy by ECG,and the coincidence rate was 89.61% .There was no significant difference in the coincidence rate between ECG and ultrasound examination(P>0.05). Conclusion:ECG was simple for diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy,and the diagnostic compliance rate was high.
