莫沙必利联合阿嗪米特治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To study the curative effect of mosapride combined with azintamide in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods:80 patiens with bile reflux gastritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given hydrotalcite treatment.The observation group was given mosapride combined with azintamide treatment.The symptoms improvement,curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed.Results:The longest reflux time and reflux times of two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.018 6).Conclusion:mosapride combined with azintamide in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis has significant curative effect.%目的：研究莫沙必利联合阿嗪米特治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法：收治胆汁反流性胃炎患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予铝碳酸镁治疗，观察组给予莫沙必利联合阿嗪米特治疗。观察两组的症状改善、疗效及不良反应。结果：两组患者的最长反流时间及反流次数均得到明显改善(P＜0.05)，且治疗组改善效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P=0.0186)。结论：莫沙必利联合阿嗪米特治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效显著。
