不同刺激量针刺合谷穴在缺血性脑卒中后中枢性面瘫患者中的应用体会

摘要

目的：探究不同刺激量针刺合谷穴对缺血性脑卒中后中枢性面瘫患者的治疗效果。方法：收治缺血性脑卒中后中枢性面瘫患者100例，随机平均分成对照组和不同刺激量针刺合谷穴的治疗组(治疗组1、治疗组2、治疗组3、治疗组4)，对照组采用常规药物治疗，其余4组在常规治疗的基础上予以不同刺激量针刺合谷穴治疗，比较临床疗效。结果：采用针刺合谷穴治疗的4组 H-B、TFGS、DFNP 以及临床疗效均较对照组优，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗组的治疗效果更佳。结论：采用针刺合谷穴的方法治疗缺血性脑卒中后中枢性面瘫效果显著，疗效确切，并且采用逆行经脉的方向进针，并捻转行针5 s这一方案效果更佳。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of different stimulating amount of acupuncture at Hegu acupoint in patients with central facial paralysis after cerebral ischemic stroke.Methods:100 patients with central facial paralysis after cerebral ischemic stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the different stimulating amount of acupuncture at Hegu acupoint treatment group on average(The treatment group 1,the treatment group 2,the treatment group 3,the treatment group 4).The control group was treated with routine drug therapy.The other four groups were treated by different stimulating amount of acupuncture at Hegu acupoint on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect were compared. Results:The H-B,TFGS,DFNP and clinical curative effect of the four groups treated by different stimulating amount of acupuncture at Hegu acupoint were better than the control group,which had significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the treatment group was better than the other groups.Conclusion: The effect of acupuncture at Hegu acupoint in the treatment of patients with central facial paralysis after cerebral ischemic stroke is obvious,and the curative effect is exact.The effect of using needle by retrograde meridians direction and twist manipulating needle for 5 s is better.
