不同护理模式在老年骨质疏松性股骨骨折患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的：探究应用不同护理模式在老年骨质疏松性股骨骨折患者中的效果。方法：收治老年骨质疏松性股骨骨折患者83例，随机分为两组。对照组仅采用传统的常规护理模式，观察组应用综合性护理模式。结果：观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，及格率90.70%，显著高于对照组的72.50%；观察组并发关节僵硬、缺血坏死、深静脉血栓及骨折不愈的概率明显低于对照组；平均住院时间及术后可简单活动时间均明显少于对照组，以上差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：综合性护理措施的护理效果明显优于传统的常规护理效果，并有效降低了各类并发症的发生率。%Objective:To explore the effect of different nursing modes in elderly patients with osteoporotic femoral fractures. Methods:83 patients with osteoporotic femoral fractures were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was only used conventional nursing mode,and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing mode.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group;the passing rate of the observation group was 90.70%,significantly higher than that of the control group of 72.50%.The probability of joint stiffness,ischemic necrosis, deep vein thrombosis and fracture nonunion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The average length of stay and the simple active time after operation were significantly less than those in the control group.All the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the comprehensive nursing care,the nursing effect was superior compared with the traditional nursing effect,and the incidence of various complications was reduced effectively.
