PDCA护理模式在腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术中的应用价值分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the application value of PDCA nursing model in laparoscopic repair of gastric perforation. Methods:70 patients with gastric perforation repair surgery under laparoscopic were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 35 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while in the experimental group were treated with PDCA nursing mode.Results:The differences in the recurrence rate and the satisfaction rate between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA nursing mode for patients with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair can make the nursing more targeted,so as to promote the patients recovery,reduce the recurrence rate and improve nursing satisfaction.%目的：探讨PDCA护理模式在腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术中的应用价值。方法：收治行腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术患者70例，分为试验组和对照组各35例。对照组给予常规护理，试验组采取PDCA护理模式。结果：两组复发率和满意率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：PDCA护理模式对于腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术患者而言，可以使护理目的更有针对性，从而促进患者痊愈，降低复发率并提高护理满意度。
