中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法：收治冠心病心绞痛患者100例，随机分为对照组和试验组，对照组采用单纯西医治疗，试验组采用中西医结合治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：试验组治疗总有效率96.00%，明显高于对照组的70.00%(P＜0.05)。治疗后，试验组的疼痛评分降低，心绞痛发作次数减少(P＜0.05)，而对照组治疗前后差别不大。结论：中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效显著。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods:100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with western medicine treatment.The experimental group was given combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate of treatment of 96% was significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,in the experimental group, the pain score was reduced,and the number of angina attacks was reduced(P<0.05),but the difference before and after treatment in the control group was not large.Conclusion:The clinical effect of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was significant.
