羟乙基淀粉加尤瑞克林在急性脑梗死治疗中的临床效果评价

摘要

目的：评析羟乙基淀粉加尤瑞克林在急性脑梗死治疗中的临床效果。方法：收治急性脑梗死患者104例，分两组，各52例，两组均贯彻基线治疗与尤瑞克林用药，试验组同时还配合羟乙基淀粉治疗，分析临床效果。结果：各组治疗前后评分均获得改善，试验组的改善更显著(P＜0.05)；试验组的临床总好转率94.2%，高于对照组的73.1%(P＜0.05)。结论：羟乙基淀粉加尤瑞克林在急性脑梗死治疗中治愈率高，患者的神经功能和生活能力可获得显著提升。%Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of hydroxyethyl starch to urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:104 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were divided into two groups,52 cases in each.Two groups were carried out baseline and treatment of urinary kallidinogenase treatment.The experimental group is also in line with hydroxyethyl starch in the treatment.We analyzd the clinical effect.Results:Before and after treatment,the scores were improved,and the improvement of the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).The clinical total improvement rate was 94.2%,higher than that of the control group of 73.1%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hydroxyethyl starch with urinary kallidinogenase in treatment of acute cerebral infarction has high cure rate.Patients with nerve function and living ability can be enhanced obviously.
