关节镜辅助治疗胫骨平台骨折在临床中的应用

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic assisted treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods:28 patients with fracture of tibial plateau were selected.They were given arthroscopic assisted treatment.Therapeutic effect was observed.Results:After treatment and follow-up,the X-ray conifrmed bony union,no joint instability,joint stiffness and internal and external deformity of knee joint.According to the Rasmussen knee function score standard,26 cases were evaluated,2 cases were good,and the excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion:Arthroscopic treatment of tibial plateau fractures is signiifcantly.%目的：探讨关节镜辅助治疗胫骨平台骨折在临床中的应用效果。方法：收治胫骨平台骨折患者28例，采用关节镜辅助治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：本组28例患者经过治疗和随访，经X线片确认均骨性愈合，无关节不稳、关节僵硬和膝关节内、外翻畸形，关节面平整。根据Rasmussen膝关节功能评分标准进行判定，优26例，良2例，优良率为100.0%。结论：关节镜辅助治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效显著。
