目的：探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病的临床疗效。方法：收治儿科呼吸系统疾病患者90例，随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组给予盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗，对照组给予盐酸溴己新注射液治疗，比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。对照组病情复发率明显高于观察组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病的疗效显著。%Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment of pediatric respiratory diseases.Methods:90 cases of patients with pediatric respiratory diseases were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.Patients in the observation group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection,while patients in the control group were treated with bromhexine hydrochloride injection.The clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relapse rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment of pediatric respiratory disease had significant curative effect.
