氨溴特罗口服液治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎110例疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the oral ambrocol treatment of infantile broncho pneumonia effect.Methods:110 patients with infantile bronchial pneumonia were selected.They were divided into two groups,55 cases in each.Patients in observation group were given hydrochloride oral therapy, and patients in the control group were treated with ribavirin and penicillin treatment.The clinical efficacy and improvement of symptoms were observed.Results:The total efficiency of the treatment group was 96.4% , which was significantly higher than the control group 78.2% ( χ 2=8.185, P<0.05).The fever,wet rales disappearance time, disappeared time of cough and asthma disappear time of the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambrocol oral treatment of infantile bronchitis can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect.%目的：探讨口服氨溴特罗治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的效果。方法：收治婴幼儿支气管肺炎患者110例，分两组，各55例，观察组予以口服氨溴特罗的治疗措施，对照组予以利巴韦林以及青霉素治疗措施。观察临床疗效及病症改善情况。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率96.4%，明显高于对照组的78.2%(χ2=8.185，P＜0.05)；观察组的退热时间、湿啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间以及气喘消失时间均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：口服氨溴特罗治疗婴幼儿支气管炎可有效提高临床治疗效果。
