尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床疗效。方法：收治急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者68例，研究组利用尿激酶静脉溶栓的方式进行治疗，对照组采用常规治疗。对比分析两组的治疗效果、溶栓成功率及并发症情况。结果：研究组的疗效显著高于对照组；溶栓成功率及出现并发症情况显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：尿激酶静脉溶栓法治疗急性心肌梗死患者，溶栓成功率高，并发症少。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase in the treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods:68 patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction were selected.Patients in the study group were treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy,while patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment.The treatment effect,the success rate of thrombolysis and the complication of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The curative effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the success rate of thrombolysis and the complications occurred were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The success rate of intravenous thrombolytic therapy with urokinase in patients with acute myocardial infarction is high,and the complications are few.
