替吉奥联合化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of S-Ⅰcombined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:60 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with dexamethasone,leucovorin calcium,docetaxel plus cisplatin.The patients in the observation group were treated with S- Ⅰplus cisplatin.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,CBR of 86.7%was significantly higher than 60%of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction of the observation group was lighter,and the adverse reaction of the control group was heavier.Conclusion:The clinical effect of S-Ⅰcombined with cisplatin chemotherapy in treatment of advanced gastric cancer was significant,and the adverse reactions were small.%目的：探讨替吉奥联合化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效。方法：收治进展期胃癌患者60例，随机分成观察组和对照组各30例，对照组采用地塞米松、亚叶酸钙、多烯紫杉醇加顺铂的化疗方案治疗，观察组采用顺铂加替吉奥的化疗方案治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组CBR 86.7%明显高于对照组的60.0%(P＜0.05)，观察组的不良反应较轻，对照组的不良反应较重。结论：替吉奥联合顺铂化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌疗效显著，不良反应少。
