行为治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者日常生活能力的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of behavior therapy on chronic schizophrenia.Methods:55 patients with chronic schizophrenia were treated with original antipsychotic drugs combined behavior therapy.The clinical efficacy of 3 months was observed,and the clinical efficacy was assessed by Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms and Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation.Results:3 months after the treatment,the score of SANS was significantly lower than before(P<0.05). The score of NOSIE was significantly lower than before(P<0.01).Conclusion:The behavior therapy can improve the negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia,improve the social ability,self-care ability,social interest,emotional activity and quality of life.It is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia.%目的：探讨行为治疗对慢性精神分裂症的影响。方法：对慢性精神分裂症患者55例在维持原有抗精神病药物的治疗基础上联合行为治疗。观察治疗3个月，临床疗效地评定采用阴性症状评定量表的方式及护士用住院患者观察量表的方式。结果：3个月治疗结束后，入组患者阴性症状评定量表因子分均较治疗前有显著下降(P＜0.05)，护士用住院患者观察量表评分显著下降(P＜0.01)。结论：行为治疗能改善慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状，提高社会能力、生活自理能力、社会兴趣、情感活动和生活质量，有利于慢性精神分裂症患者康复。
