微创穿刺术与小骨窗开颅术治疗中等量高血压脑出血的疗效比较

Objective:To explore the curative effect of minimally invasive puncture and small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of middle volume hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:119 patients with middle volume hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group with 59 cases and the observation group with 60 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with small bone window craniotomy,while the patients in the observation group were treated with intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery.We compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:The effective rate of observation group of 90.0% was significantly higher than 72.9% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the neurological deficit score of the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of minimally invasive puncture of intracranial hematoma for middle volume hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was better.%目的：探讨微创穿刺术与小骨窗开颅术治疗中等量高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法：收治中等量高血压脑出血患者119例，随机分为对照组59例和观察组60例，对照组采用小骨窗开颅术治疗，观察组采用颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗有效率90.0%，明显高于对照组的72.9%(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后的神经功能缺损评分较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05)。治疗后，与对照组相比，观察组的神经功能缺损评分明显降低(P＜0.05)。结论：颅内血肿微创穿刺清除术治疗中等量高血压脑出血具有良好效果。
