优质护理服务对控制呼吸内科患者院内感染的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨优质护理服务对控制呼吸内科患者院内感染的效果。方法：收治呼吸内科住院患者376例，随机分为观察组和对照组各188例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理，观察两组患者医院感染的发生率、感染时间、健康知识掌握情况、护理质量及患者对护理的满意度。结果：观察组院内感染发生率、感染时间、住院时间、住院费用、护理质量评分和健康知识掌握率均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：呼吸内科实施优质护理服务能有效降低院内感染的发生率，提高护理质量，取得良好的临床效果。%Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing service on the control of nosocomial infection of patients in respiratory department.Methods:376 inpatients of respiratory department were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 188 cases in each.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of hospital infection,infection time,health knowledge mastery situation,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients between groups were compared.Results:The incidence rate of nosocomial infection,infection time,hospital stay,hospital cost,nursing quality score and health knowledge mastery rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high quality nursing service in respiratory department can effectively reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infection,improve the nursing quality,and achieve the good clinical result.
