催产素和地诺前列酮在延期妊娠和过期妊娠引产中的临床疗效观察

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oxytocin and dinoprostone in odinopoeia in delayed pregnancy and postdate pregnancy.Methods:40 cases of patients with delayed pregnancy or postdate pregnancy were divided into the control group and the research group randomly.The patients in the research group were given dinoprostone treatment,while the patients in the control group were given oxytocin treatment.The cervical Bishop scores before and after treatment,delivery modes,birth process and postpartum bleeding between groups were compared.Results:The Bishop scores of the research group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of Bishop scores in the control group between before and after treatment (P>0.05).The rate of cesarean section in the research group was 30%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(40%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference of birth process between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of postpartum bleeding between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Oxytocin and dinoprostone in odinopoeia in delayed pregnancy and postdate pregnancy had better clinical curative effect,but the rate of cesarean section,birth process and postpartum bleeding of the dinoprostone were superior to oxytocin,and the duration of induced labor was significantly shorter than that of oxytocin.%目的:探讨催产素和地诺前列酮在延期妊娠和过期妊娠引产中的临床疗效。方法:收治延期妊娠和过期妊娠患者40例,随机分为对照组和研究组。研究组给予地诺前列酮治疗,对照组给予催产素治疗,比较两组用药前后宫颈Bishop评分、分娩方式、产程和产后出血量。结果:研究组用药后Bishop评分明显高于用药前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组用药后Bishop评分与用药前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组剖宫产率30.0%,明显低于对照组剖宫产率的40.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产程比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产后出血量比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:催产素和地诺前列酮在延期妊娠和过期妊娠引产中的临床疗效均较好,但地诺前列酮在剖宫产率、产程和产后出血量方面优于催产素,且引产时间显著低于催产素。
