Objective:To investigate the method and effect of gastrointestinal function recovery after surgical operation in patients with liver and gallbladder.Methods:156 liver and gallbladder surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with routine enteral nutrition,and patients in the observation group were treated with early enteral nutrition.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group of 82.1%was higher than that in the control group of 67.9%(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sound and first anal exhaust time were shortened of the patients in the observation group compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition in patients with liver and gallbladder surgery has good effect on the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients.%目的：探讨肝胆患者行外科手术后胃肠功能恢复的方法及效果。方法：收治肝胆外科手术患者156例，随机平分为两组。对照组采用常规肠内营养恢复法，观察组采用早期肠内营养恢复法。结果：观察组治疗总有效率82.1%明显高于对照组的67.9%(P＜0.05)。与对照组相比，观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间及首次肛门排气时间明显缩短(P＜0.05)。结论：早期肠内营养恢复法用于肝胆患者外科手术，对患者的胃肠功能恢复具有良好效果。
