芍药汤与痛泻要方联合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of paeoniae decoction combined with tongxieyao formula in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis.Methods:70 cases of patients with chronic ulcerative colitis were divided into two groups randomly.The patients in the observation group were treated with paeoniae decoction combined with tongxieyao formula,while the patients in the control group were treated with western medicine and enema,and the clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 74.3%.The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paeoniae decoction combined with tongxieyao formula in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis had significant clinical effect.%目的：探讨芍药汤与痛泻要方联合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：收治慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者70例，随机分为两组。观察组采用芍药汤与痛泻要方联合治疗，对照组采用西药及灌肠治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：对照组总有效率74.3%，观察组总有效率94.3%，明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：芍药汤与痛泻要方联合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效显著。
