急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者胃镜检查时间与临床疗效的观察研究

Objective:To explore the influence of the time of gastroscopy for the treatment effect of acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding and clinical application value.Methods:130 patients with acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the control group were given conventional endoscopy treatment.The patients in the observation group were given early endoscopy treatment. We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,the bleeding stopped time, hospitalization time,borborygmus recovery time,amount of bleeding,rebleeding cases,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of early endoscopic examination in the treatment of acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding was reliable.It can significantly improve the vital signs of patients,shorten the hospitalization time and bleeding time,and reduce the rate of rebleeding.%目的：探讨胃镜检查时间对急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血(NVOGIB)治疗效果的影响及临床应用价值。方法：收治急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者130例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采取常规胃镜检查治疗，观察组采用早期胃镜检查治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组的出血停止时间、住院时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、出血量、再出血例数、收缩压、舒张压均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：早期开展胃镜检查治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床效果可靠，可显著改善患者生命体征，缩短住院时间和出血停止时间，降低再出血率。
