基层风湿免疫科疾病误诊误治分析（附5例误诊病例报告）

摘要

In this article,the author analyzed 5 cases of misdiagnosis and mistreatment of rheumatism and immunology diseases in primary level.The author suggests to strengthen the construction of primary hospital and complete related medical equipment and special disease specialist settings and professional configuration,proceed general medicine education and general practitioners training for medical staff,to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment,and better guarantee the good health of broad masses of the people.%目的：本文对5例基层风湿免疫科疾病误诊误治进行分析，笔者建议加强基层医院建设，完善相关医疗设备和专病专科设置及其专业人员配置，进行医务人员全科医学教育及全科医师培训，避免误诊误治的发生，更好地保障广大人民群众身体健康。
