运用促甲状腺激素抑制法治疗分化型甲状腺癌患者的效果分析

Objective:To explore the effect of thyroid stimulating hormone inhibition therapy in the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer patients.Methods:132 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 66 cases in each.The patients in the control group were treated with thyroid hormone replacement therapy.The patients in the experimental group were given thyroid stimulating hormone inhibition therapy. We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the lymph node metastasis rate and tumor recurrence rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thyroid stimulating hormone inhibition therapy can significantly reduce the lymph node metastasis rate and tumor recurrence rate of differentiated thyroid cancer patients after operation,and it can effectively improve the prognosis and quality of life.%目的：探讨促甲状腺激素抑制法治疗分化型甲状腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法：收治分化型甲状腺癌患者132例，随机分为对照组和试验组各66例，对照组采用甲状腺激素替代治疗，试验组采用促甲状腺激素抑制疗法，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗后，试验组患者的淋巴结转移率和肿瘤复发率均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：促甲状腺激素抑制法可显著降低分化型甲状腺癌患者手术后的淋巴结转移率和肿瘤复发率，并能有效改善患者预后和生活质量。
