MTD法和多位点PCR在肺外结核感染快速检测和菌株分型中的应用价值

摘要

Objective:To investigate the application value of MTD and multi point PCR in the rapid detection and strain typing of extrapulmonary tuberculosis infection.Methods:120 cases of patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis infection were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine smear test method;the research group was given MTD and multi point PCR.The clinical rapid detection effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The positive rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The detection accuracy of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MTD and multi point PCR in the rapid detection of extrapulmonary tuberculosis infection had high positive rate and high strain typing accuracy.%目的：探讨MTD法和多位点PCR在肺外结核感染快速检测和菌株分型中的应用价值。方法：收治肺外结核感染患者120例，随机分为两组。对照组应用常规涂片检测方法，研究组采用MTD法和多位点PCR检测，比较两组临床快速检测效果。结果：研究组检测阳性率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。研究组检测准确率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：MTD法和多位点PCR进行肺外结核感染快速检测，检测阳性率高，菌株分型准确率高。
