喜炎平与利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的效果和安全性的系统评价

摘要

目的：探讨喜炎平与利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果和安全性。方法：收治手足口病患儿100例，将其随机分为两组。对照组采用退热及利巴韦林治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用喜炎平治疗，比较两组不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果：两组不良反应发生情况比较，差异不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05)。观察组总有效率96%，明显高于对照组的80%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：喜炎平与利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病安全性高，临床效果较好。%Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect and safety of Xi Yanping and ribavirin in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:100 cases of children with hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with antipyretic and ribavirin.The observation group was treated with Xi Yanping on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of adverse reactions and clinical curative effect in two groups were compared.Results:The difference of adverse reactions between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96% ,which was significantly higher than 80% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiyanping and ribavirin in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease had high safety and better clinical curative effect.
