服刑人员功能性消化不良流行病学及其相关因素调查研究

摘要

目的：对江苏某监狱功能性消化不良流行情况进行调查并探讨其相关危险因素。方法：采用随机抽样的方法对818例服刑人员进行调查，并对不同年龄、心理状态和患病情况进行比较。结果：服刑人员功能性消化不良发病率15.8%，不同年龄间发病率的差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，以40～49岁的年龄段发病率最高；功能性消化不良和无功能性消化不良患者中，焦虑和抑郁情绪障碍比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：监狱服刑人员功能性消化不良患者以40～49岁为高危人群，不良情绪对患病有影响。%Objective:To investigate the epidemiology of functional dyspepsia in a prison in Jiangsu and to explore its related risk factors.Methods:818 prisoners were investigated by using the random sampling method.The different ages,mental states and prevalence of the disease were compared.Results:The incidence rate of functional dyspepsia of the prisoners was 15.8% ;the incidence rates of different ages were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence rates of 40 to 49 years old was highest.There were significant differences in anxiety and depression in patients with functional dyspepsia and non functional dyspepsia(P<0.05).Conclusion:40 to 49 years old is the high risk population in the patients with functional dyspepsia of the prisoners,and the bad mood affects the disease.
