观察应用后路手术内固定治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折的临床效果

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of posterior internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture. Methods:52 cases of patients with thoracolumbar fracture were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly. The control group was treated with lateral bone graft fusion,the treatment group was treated with posterior pedicle screw internal fixation,the pain score,anterior height ratio and posterior height ratio of the two groups before and after the operation were compared.Results:After treatment,the pain score of the treatment group(1.92 ± 0.26) was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Posterior pedicle screw internal fixation in the treatment of patients with thoracolumbar fracture could promote the restoration of vertebral height and relieve the pain of patients after operation.%目的:观察应用后路手术内固定治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折的临床效果.方法:收治脊柱胸腰段骨折患者 52 例,随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组采用外侧植骨融合手术治疗,治疗组采用后路椎弓根螺钉内固定手术方式治疗,比较两组手术前后的疼痛评分、前缘高度比值大小及后缘高度比值大小.结果:治疗后,治疗组疼痛评分(1.92±0.26)分,明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:脊柱胸腰段骨折患者采用后路椎弓根螺钉内固定手术方式治疗可促进患者的伤椎高度恢复,缓解患者术后疼痛情况.
