中医保健干预对提升社区老年人生活质量的影响

摘要

目的：探讨中医保健干预对社区老年人生活质量的影响。方法：选取本社区老年人60例，随机平分成两组，对照组不进行中医保健干预，观察组进行中医保健干预，观察两组生活质量情况。结果：观察组的生活质量显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对社区老年人实施中医保健干预操作简单，可显著提升其生活质量。%Objective:To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine health care intervention on the quality of life of the elderly in the community.Methods:60 cases of the elderly in the community were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group did not carry out traditional Chinese medicine health care intervention,while traditional Chinese medicine health care intervention was applied for the elderly in the observation group.The quality of life of the two groups was observed.Results:The quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine health care intervention for the elderly in the community is simple,and it can significantly improve the quality of life.
