血清同型半胱氨酸的检测在心血管疾病中的临床作用分析

摘要

目的：探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的检测在心血管疾病中的临床作用。方法：收治冠心病患者100例作为观察组，选择健康体检者100例作为对照组，比较两组 Hcy 水平。结果：观察组 Hcy 水平和高 Hcy 率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)；陈旧性心肌梗死患者 Hcy 水平和高 Hcy 率显著高于不稳定性心绞痛患者(P＜0.05)；不稳定性心绞痛患者Hcy水平和高Hcy率显著高于稳定性心绞痛患者(P＜0.05)。结论：Hcy水平在心血管疾病中的临床作用显著，可将其作为评估疾病、治疗、预后的重要指标。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Hcy level in patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods:100 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group.100 cases of healthy persons were selected as the control group.We compared the Hcy level of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the Hcy level and the high Hcy rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In patients with old myocardial infarction, Hcy levels and high Hcy rate were significantly higher than those with unstable angina pectoris(P<0.05).In patients with unstable angina, Hcy levels and high Hcy rate were significantly higher than those with stable angina pectoris(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Hcy level in cardiovascular diseases was significant.It can be used as an important indicator to assess the disease,treatment and prognosis.
