目的：探讨血清尿酸在老年冠心病诊断中的临床价值。方法：收治老年冠心病患者250例作为试验组，另取同时期接诊的健康体检者250例作为对照组，所有受试者均进行血清尿酸检验。结果：试验组血清尿酸显著高于对照组，直接胆红素、间接胆红素、总胆红素均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；血清尿酸与胆红素呈负相关；试验组随访期间心力衰竭发生率32%，尿酸水平越高心力衰竭发生率越高。结论：血清尿酸是诊断老年冠心病的重要指标，且其可反映患者病情变化，应给予高度重视。%Objective:To investigate the clinical value of serum uric acid in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in elderly patients.Methods:250 elderly patients with coronary heart disease patients were selected as the experimental group.250 healthy people were selected at the same period as the control group.All subjects were tested for serum uric acid.Results:The serum uric acid of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the direct bilirubin,indirect bilirubin, total bilirubin were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);serum uric acid and bilirubin were negatively correlated;during the follow-up period of the experimental group,the incidence of heart failure was 32%,and the higher the uric acid level was,the higher the incidence of heart failure was.Conclusion:Serum uric acid is an important indicator in the diagnosis of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and it can reflect the change of the patient's condition.Clinical examination should be given a high degree of attention.
