玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性

摘要

目的：观察玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效以及安全性。方法：收治膝关节骨性关节炎患者98例，分为干预组和对照组，各49例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠治疗，干预组给予玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果，VAS疼痛评分及不良反应。结果：干预组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。干预组的VAS评分优于对照组(P＜0.05)，无明显不良反应。结论：玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效显著，无明显不良反应。%Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of sodium hyaluronate combined with diprospan in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:98 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected.They were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 49 cases in each.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate treatment.The intervention group was given sodium hyaluronate combined with diprospan treatment.The treatment effects,VAS pain scores and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results:The treatment effective rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS visual analogue pain score of the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate combined with diprospan in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a significant curative effect,with no obvious adverse reaction.
