43例小儿心脏手术后恶心呕吐原因分析及护理

摘要

Objective To explore the cause of nausea and vomiting after pediatric cardiac surgery and its effective care measures. Method Causes of 43 cases of nausea and vomiting after pediatric cardiac surgery were analyzed and effective care were taken. Results It was found that the common causes were as follows: age, narcotic drugs, duration of anesthesia, psychological factors, past medical history and other relevant factors. Conclusion Nurses should observe patients carefully, analyze the causes of postoperative nausea and vomiting and take effective care measures to ensure the safety and recovery.%目的 探讨小儿心脏手术后恶心呕吐的原因及其有效的护理措施.方法 对实施心脏手术术后出现恶心呕吐的43例患儿的原因进行分析,并实施积极有效的护理措施.结果 引起小儿心脏术后恶心呕吐的常见原因是:年龄、麻醉药物及麻醉时间、心理因素、恶心呕吐既往史及其他相关因素.结论 护理人员应密切观察、认真分析心脏手术后小儿恶心呕吐的原因,采取有效的护理措施,确保术后小儿安全与疾病的恢复.
