汽化过氧化氢灭菌器应用于供应室灭菌效果分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the gasification hydrogen peroxide sterilization machine applied in supply room sterilization.Methods In May 201 5,autoclaving was adopted in the supply room of our hospital,while in the following month gasification hydrogen peroxide sterilization was conducted.The sterilization time and effect were compared between the 2 months.Results The sterilization time of the former was (1.32 ± 0.1 1 )h ,significantly longer than the latter (t = 37.24,P = 0.00).In May,94.28% bacteria were killed,without significant differences from that in June of 98.18%.Conclusion Gasification hydrogen peroxide sterilization machine applied in the supply room can significantly shorten the sterilization time with good effect.%目的：探讨汽化过氧化氢灭菌器应用于供应室灭菌的临床效果。方法将2015年5月采用高压蒸汽灭菌法灭菌的方法设为对照组,将2015年6月采用汽化过氧化氢灭菌进行灭菌的方法设为观察组。比较2组灭菌时间及灭菌效果。结果对照组灭菌时间(1.32±0.11)h,观察组(1.07±0.05)h,观察组灭菌时间明显短于对照组(t =37.24,P =0.00)。对照组灭菌阴性率为94.28%,观察组为98.18%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.28,P =0.13)。结论汽化过氧化氢灭菌器灭菌效果好,可明显缩短消毒时间。
