MiR-320e inhibits proliferation in human umbilical vein endothelial cells

Objective MicroR NAs(miRs)are a class of small non-coding RNAs,and have been shown to be critical regulators in pathology of cardiovascular disease,such as atherosclerosis,hypertension.We aimed to identify certain miR from differentially expressed miRs in coronary artery disease(CAD)patients and healthy controls,and to investigate its role in the pathology of CAD.
