宫腔镜在辅助生殖技术中的应用

摘要

In recent years,assisted reproductive technology (ART)is one of the means of modern medical treatment of infertil-ity.The development of assisted reproductive technology has broken the natural way and process of human reproduction,is a revolution in the field of reproductive medicine.The progress of clinical application of hysteroscopy rapidly,hysteroscopy in patients with suspicious lesions open biopsy is the gold standard in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding by hysterosco-py,as the initial routine infertility has become a consensus.Hysteroscopy has good acceptability and accuracy,higher posi-tive detection rate,can discover intrauterine lesions in patients with infertility in time,can be used as a routine examination before assisted reproduction.%近年来辅助生殖技术（ART）是现代医学治疗不育症的手段之一。辅助生殖技术的发展打破了人类繁衍的自然方式和过程，是生殖医学领域的一场革命。宫腔镜的临床应用进展迅速，宫腔镜检查对可疑病变直视下活检是诊断异常子宫出血的金标准，宫腔镜作为不孕症的初始常规检查已成共识。宫腔镜检查具有良好的可接受性和准确性，有较高的阳性发现率，可及时发现不孕症患者的宫内病变，可作为辅助生殖技术治疗前的常规检查。
