抗心磷脂抗体、抗β2糖蛋白1抗体、抗精子抗体检测在不孕不育诊断中的意义

摘要

目的:研究在临床诊断不孕不育患者中采取生 殖免疫性抗体检测的临床效果.方法:将我院自2015年11月至2016年11月期间收治的277例不孕不育患者作为不孕不育组,122例继发性不孕不育患者作为继发性不孕不育组,收治 的155例原发性不孕不育患者作为原发性不孕不育组以及同期收治的80例健康受检人员作为对照组,所有受检人员均实行酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检查,分析所有受检人员抗心磷脂抗体(aCL)、抗β2糖蛋白1抗体(β2-GP1)、以及抗精子抗体(AsAb)等指标. 结果:对照组与原发性不孕不育对比抗心磷脂抗体(aCL)、抗β2糖蛋白1抗体(β2-GP1)、以及抗精子抗体(AsAb)阳性率差异显著,P＜0.05,统计学有意义.继发性不孕不育组与及原发性不孕不育组对比P＜0.05且差异显著,统计学存在意义.273例不孕不 育患者中有73例患者AsAb阳性率为40.91％,男性AsAb阳性率对比女性AsAb阳性率组间数据具有显著且P＜0.05,统计学有意义. 结论:在临床诊断不孕不育过程中生殖免疫性抗体检测具有显著 效果,如抗心磷脂抗体(aCL)、抗β2糖蛋白1抗体(β2-GP1)、以 及抗精子抗体(AsAb)等效果显著,值得广泛推广以及应用.%Objective:to study the clinical diagnosis of infertility patients take the clinical effect of reproductive immunity antibody detection.Methods:our hospital from November 2015 to November 2015 admitted during the period of 277 patients with infertility as infertility group,122 patients with secondary infertility as secondary infertility group,the scores of 155 patients with primary infertility were treated as primary infertility group and the same period of 80 cases of healthy gien as control group,all gien practice law of enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) inspection,analysis of all tested anti cardiolipin antibody (aCL),resistance to beta 2 1 antibodies (beta 2-GP1) glycoprotein,and antisperm antibody (AsAb) and other indicators.Results:the control group compared with primary infertility anti cardiolipin antibody (aCL),resistance to beta 2 1 antibodies (beta 2-GP1) glycoprotein,and antisperm antibody (AsAb) have significant positive rate,P＜0.05,statistically significant.Secondary infertility and idiopathic infertility group comparison (P＜0.05),significant difference statistically significance.73 patients of 273 cases of infertility patients AsAb positive rate was 40.91％,male AsAb positive contrast women AsAb positive rate between groups data has significant and P＜0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion:in the process of clinical diagnosis of infertility reproductive immunity antibody detection has significant effect,such as anti cardiolipin antibody (aCL),resistance to beta 2 glycoprotein 1 antibodies (beta 2-GP1),as well as antisperm antibody (AsAb) effect is remarkable,is worth application and spread.
