基于“钻石模型”的黑龙江省滑雪旅游产业竞争力研究

         

摘要

采用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法、定性分析法等研究方法,基于“钻石模型”理论,对生产要素、需求条件、相关和支持产业、企业战略、组织结构和竞争方式、政府及机遇等影响黑龙江省滑雪旅游产业竞争力的因素进行探究。在“钻石模型”的基础上进行变形重组,最终构建黑龙江省滑雪旅游产业竞争力模型。提出了创造高级生产要(素),坚持走多样化发展道路、注重旅游产品以品质取胜,打造特色旅游产业集群、完善产业链,创新宣传和营销模式等提升黑龙江省滑雪旅游旅游业竞争力的对策与建议。提升黑龙江省滑雪旅游产业竞争力,促进区域经济发展。%With the methods of literature , logical induction and qualitative analysis , this paper is based on diamond model to have a study on the factors which affect the competitiveness of ski tourism industry in Hei -longjiang province , such as productive elements , demand conditions , related and supporting industries , business strategies, structures and competitive ways , government and opportunities .Variant rebuilding based on the diamond model , finally, the competitive model of ski tourism industry in Heilongjiang province has been constructed .The paper puts forward the following strategies and advices which can improve the competitiveness of ski tourism industry in Heilongjiang province , creating advanced productive elements , adhering to the road of diversity , paying attention to tourism products by the quality , featured tourism indus-trial clusters, improving the industrial chain , innovating promotion and marketing modes .Improve the com-petitiveness of ski tourism industry in Heilongjiang province , promote the development of regional economy .
