花样滑冰阿克赛类型跳常见技术错误的诊断与纠正

摘要

Aksay jump is one of the 6 major single in figure,was the only forward takeoff action in 6 major jump,plays an important position in the game. Aksay jump is a sign of technique advanced for skaters,is also the highest score action in the same week. At present,there are some technical problems of Chinese skaters on Aksai jump,analyzing and discussing the common technical errors,and put forward some improving suggestions,in order to solve the existing technical problems of Chinese figure skaters on Aksay jump.%阿克赛类型跳是花样滑冰6个主要单人跳跃各类之一，是6种主要跳跃中唯一的向前起跳动作，在比赛节目中占有重要的地位。阿克赛类型跳是运动员技术进阶的标志，也是相同周数中动作分值最高的动作。目前我国运动员在阿克赛跳跃上存在较大的技术问题，通过对几种常见技术错误进行分析、讨论，并提出改进的意见，以期解决当前中国花样滑冰运动员在阿克赛类型跳中引进阶段存在的技术问题。
