传统制硝装置的硝盐联产改造

摘要

随着资源的开采，卤水中芒硝含量不断降低，大洋化工责任有限公司下属元明粉厂，两套元明粉生产装置无法适应当前卤水的变化。为了适应当前卤水质量的变化，合理利用有限矿产资源，提高地下矿产资源综合利用效益，结合当前卤水实际状况，开发资源综合利用新工艺，优化单一的生产模式，在原有真空制硝的基础上，进行硝盐联产改造。%With the exploitation of the resources, the content of glauber’s salt in brine continues reducing. The two sodium sulfate making devices of the sodium sulfate plant of Dayang chemical industry co., ltd cannot adapt to the change of brine, and in order to adapt to the quality change of brine, utilizing the limited resouces reasonably , improving the comprehensive utilization efficient of the undergroud resouces , we have to developing the new technology of comprehensive utilization of the resources , optimizing the single production mode and carrying out the transformation of co-production of salt and sodium sulfate on the oringinal vacuum nitrate making.
