官地水电站主体工程施工规划探讨

摘要

Construction planning is one of important designing documents for projects entering implementation phase. Combined with special conditions of Guandi Hydropower Station, this article puts forward sub bid proposals for works and implementation planning of works in stages and makes detailed planning about contents of construction plans for each bid, plants facilities, site layout and allocation and transportation of cubic meter of earth and stone etc. It also comes up with construction program catering characteristics of this project and gets it applied in practices. This article makes an introduction and investigation on its characteristics.%施工规划是工程进入实施阶段重要的设计文件之一。结合官地水电站的具体情况，提出工程分标方案和工程分阶段实施计划，对各标施工方案、施工工厂设施、场地布置、土石方调运等内容进行了规划，提出了符合工程特点的施工规划方案。实践证明，官地水电站施工规划科学、合理，取得了良好的效果。
