张家河梯级水电站建设生态环境影响与对策探析

摘要

Zhangjiahe Cascade Hydropower Station is located in Zhangjia Village of Helan Town,and on Qingfengsi Zhangjiagou River.The water diversion flow of Water Diversion Project from Lanhe River to Tanghe River is utilized for power generation in the hydropower station.Existing water resources are utilized rationally and fully.The development and utilization rate of water resources in Lanhe River Basin can be improved through the construction of Zhangjiahe Cascade Hydropower Station,thereby alleviating the contradiction of local power grid and improving the operation quality of local power grid with very prominent economic benefits.The hydropwoer station construction has more advantages and less disadvantages according to analysis from the perspective of technology.It is feasible to construct the hydropawer station from the perspective of environment.%张家河梯级水电站坐落在河栏镇张家村，位于青凤寺张家沟河上，电站利用引兰入汤工程的引水流量发电，合理、充分地利用了现有的水能资源。张家河梯级水电站的建设提高了兰河流域水能资源的开发利用率，缓解了地方电网的矛盾，提高了地方电网的运行质量，经济效益十分显著。从技术角度分析，水电站的建设利大弊小；从环境角度看，水电站的修建是可行的。
