细辛提取物对茄子黄萎病及茄子生长与抗性生理指标的影响

     

摘要

以茄子黄萎病为研究对象,采用不同浓度的细辛(Herba asari)提取物灌根处理茄子幼苗,研究其对茄子黄萎病的抗性、植株生长状况及保护酶活性的影响.结果表明:与清水对照相比,施用不同浓度的细辛提取物均降低了茄子黄萎病的发病率及病情指数,作用强度随着细辛提取物浓度的增加先增强后略有下降,预防处理明显比治疗处理效果好,4g·L-1细辛提取物预防处理的防治效果可达86.26%;不同浓度的细辛提取物对茄子幼苗的株高、茎粗、鲜质量、相对电导率、叶绿素含量、根系活力、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均表现为促进作用,最佳处理浓度为4 g·L-1.%The effects of different Herba asari extracts concentrations on eggplant disease resistance to Verticillium dahliae, seedling growth and activities of defense enzymes were investigated by inoculating Verticillium dahliae. The results showed that the disease incidence and disease index of eggplant Verticillium dahliae were both decreased after applying Herba asari extracts of different concentrations compared with the contrast. With the increase of concentration, eggplant Verticillium dahliae resistance increased firstly and then slightly decreased, and yet the preventive treatment effect was better than cure treatment. The best controlling effect ( 86.26% ) was found when the concentration reached 4 g · L-1 . Eggplant stem height, stem diameter, fresh weight, relativee electricity conductivity, chlorophyll content, root system vigor and activities of defense enzymes ( PAL, POD and SOD ) were all promoted by different concentrations of Herba asari extracts. The concentration of 4 g · L-1 could gain the best effect.
