中国蔬菜生产与流通中效率机制研究综述

摘要

Currently domestic studies on vegetable production and circulation issues have gained abundant achievements,the related research areas have not only confined to the category of economics,the use of management science,sociology and other subject disciplines has made research activities to demonstrate obvious feature of inter-discipline. Based on different views on efficiency mechanism of vegetable production and circulation,this paper combes vegetable production cost and benefit,efficiency of vegetable production,vegetable circulation mode,selection and integration of circulation channels,vegetable circulation efficiency,vegetable circulation in the process of price formation mechanism,etc.with the achievements gained in studying the efficiency mechanism of vegetable production and circulation,and points out the shortages in present research,and prospects the future study.%现今国内学者对蔬菜生产与流通问题的研究已取得较为丰富的成果，相关研究已不仅仅局限于经济学的范畴，管理学、社会学等学科方法的使用使得研究明显呈现出交叉性的特点。本文从蔬菜生产成本收益、蔬菜生产效率、蔬菜流通模式、蔬菜流通渠道的选择及其整合、蔬菜流通效率、蔬菜流通过程中价格形成机制等方面对中国蔬菜生产与流通中效率机制方面的研究成果进行梳理，指出了现有研究的不足，并提出了对未来研究的展望。
