赣南某钨矿山废水悬浮物处理试验研究

     

摘要

采用混凝法处理钨矿山废水中的悬浮物,研究不同混凝剂、混凝剂用量、搅拌强度、pH值、沉降时间等对废水处理效果的影响,得出优化操作条件。试验表明:采用石灰乳+FeCl3工艺处理该尾矿库外排水效果好,最佳工艺条件为:废水pH值调节至10左右,FeCl3的投加量为15 mg/L左右,搅拌强度为250 r/min,快速搅拌0.5 min,然后50 r/min慢速搅拌5 min,沉降时间为60 min。在此工艺条件下,悬浮物去除率可达到98.4%,上清液悬浮物含量可降至5.4 mg/L。%This paper studies the treatment of suspended solids in wastewater by coagulation method. Effects of Different coagulant, coagulant dosage, stirring intensity, pH, settling time on the treatment results are studied, resulting the optimized conditions. The research results show that, the treatment process of tailings drainage by Lime+FeCl3 process has the favorable results. The optimum conditions were:waste water pH is adjusted to about 10, FeCl 3 the dosage of about 15 mg/L, stirring intensity of 250 r/min rapid mixing 0.5 min, then 50 r/min slow stirring 5 min, settling time of 60 min. Suspended solids removal rate reached 98.4 percent. The supernatant suspended solids content can be reduced to 5.4 mg/L.
