从硫尾矿中回收低品位白钨矿粗选试验研究

         

摘要

白钨浮选技术是当前钨领域中的研究热点之一.本文对柿竹园硫尾矿进行了白钨矿综合回收粗选试验研究,进行了"GY法"、"低碱度731法"、"高碱度731法"浮选工艺对比试验.结果表明:"高碱度731法"比较适合该矿体白钨矿浮选,对于钨给矿WO3品位0.20%的脱硫尾矿,采用"高碱度731法",以NaOH作为矿浆的pH调整剂,水玻璃作为脉石矿物的抑制剂,731为捕收剂,经过一粗两精三扫的粗选闭路试验流程,获得白钨粗精矿WO3品位6.43%、作业回收率为80.54%的选别指标.%This paper studies the comprehensive recovery of scheelite in the sulfur tailings of Shizhuyuan company by comparing three flotation technologies, including "GY method", "low alkalinity 731 method" and "high alkalinity 731 method". The results show that "high alkalinity 731 method", which applies 731 as collector, NaOH as pH regulator and Na2SiO3 as depressant respectively, is favorable for the flotation of tungsten ore. Closed-circuit test was conducted on the desulfurization tailings, which contain containing 0.20 %WO3. The Scheelite concentrate (WO3 grade 6.43%) was obtained by the combined process. The recovery reaches 80.54%.
