根据有机纺织品标准的要求，进行危害分析，明确了有机藏毯加工过程中的关键控制点为：选毛、洗毛、染色、编织、洗毯、定形和污水处理。通过采取一系列措施，建立文件管理程序、记录管理程序、原料采购控制程序、原料进厂验收存储程序、品质检验管理程序、不合格品控制程序、允许使用的投入物清单及投入物使用规程等，可以保障藏毯的有机状态，实现传统藏毯的有机生产。%According to the requirements of organic textile standard, hazard analysis was conducted and the critical control points for organic production of Tibetan carpets are determined: wool sorting, scouring, dyeing, knitting, carpets washing, setting, and sewage disposal. It demonstrates that the organic production can be realized and the organic property of Tibetan carpets can be kept through taking a series of measures such as building ifle management program, record management program, raw material purchasing program, incoming material acceptance and storage program, quality inspection program, sub-quality products controlling program, the list of permitted inputs, and procedure of using inputs and so on.
