摘要

Based on analyzing the structural characteristics and the double-jacquard patterning principles of two-needle bar double-jacquard warp-knitting machine, this paper discusses the alternative overlapping of the yarn and the formation of the two-tone effect by the double-jacquard guide bar of the two-needle bar double-jacquard warp-knitting machine. It introduces the production process of the two-tone fully-fashion vamp, including raw material selection, pattern design, knitting and finishing, aimed at providing references for the design and development of double-jacquard two-tone shaped vamp fabric.%在分析双针床双贾卡经编机结构特征和双贾卡提花原理的基础上,探讨了双针床双贾卡经编机两把贾卡梳纱线显露关系和双色效应的形成,并示例性地阐述了双贾卡双色成形鞋材的原料选择、花型结构设计、编织工艺及后整理等生产工艺,旨在为双贾卡双色成形鞋材产品设计与开发提供参考.
