Improved fabric warp knitted Raschel machine with double needle bed and method of manufacturing thereof. The process is characterized by proceeding to tissue Raschel warp knit double needle bed with continuous yarns based on polyester filaments for both the beam to the back of the fabric, being constituted threads beam from microfilaments embedded polyester in a binder matrix with differential solubility to polymer polyester microfilaments and polyester yarn for the back of the fabric being formed from filaments together to form the textile yarns, after the weaving operation proceeding to cut the binding yarn and chemical treatments release microfilaments with respect to its parent.
