氯化稀土中性磷(膦)酸酯配合物二元催化体系合成异戊二烯橡胶进展

         

摘要

介绍了催化异戊二烯聚合所用催化剂的研发现状、二元稀土催化体系的类型和特点,分析了氯化稀土中性磷(膦)酸酯配合物体系催化异戊二烯聚合的活性,特别讨论了其中对异戊二烯具有较高聚合活性的NdCl3·nP350(P350为甲基磷酸二甲庚酯)中性膦酸酯稀土配合物二元催化体系,指出了高分散性的氯化稀土配合物二元催化体系在合成异戊二烯橡胶领域具有很好的应用前景.%The present situation of research & development of the catalysts for the synthesis of iso-prene rubber, as well as types and characteristics of the binary rare earth catalyst systems was introduced with 19 references. The polymerization activity of rare earth chloride with neutral phosphates or phos-phonates as ligand for isoprene polymerization was analyzed, and NdCl3·nP350 [ P350 was di-( 1-methyl-heptyl) methyl phosphonate ] was discussed espe-cially , which had a higher polymerization activity for isoprene polymerization. It was pointed out that the binary catalyst system based on rare earth chloride ligand had a better application prospect in the area of synthesizing of isoprene rubber.
