异丁烯-对甲基苯乙烯正离子无规共聚反应的影响因素

         

摘要

Random copolymerization of isobutyl-ene / p-methylstyrene was conducted by cationic solu-tion polymerization with initiating system of HCl/ eth-yl aluminium chloride / 2, 3-dicyano-5, 6-dichloro-benzoquinone in the presence of n-hexane( n-Hex) or mixture diluent of n-Hex / CH3 Cl at - 90 -- 20 ℃. The influences of the volume ratio of n-Hex / CH3 Cl, the mole ratio of dichloro ethyl alu-minum ( EtAlCl2 ) / diethtyl aluminiun chloride (Et2 AlCl), and the reaction temperature on the conversion and the relative molecular mass of the co-polymer were investigated. The results showed that conversion of monomers and relative molecular mass of the copolymer decreased with increasing n-Hex volume fraction in n-Hex / CH3 Cl mixture. Relative molecular mass obviously increased with increasing Et2 AlCl mole ratio in EtAlCl2 / Et2 AlCl. Higher re-action temperature lowered conversion and relative molecular mass.%以正己烷(n - Hex)为溶剂或 n - Hex/一氯甲烷(CH3 Cl)混合物为溶剂体系、氯化氢/氯化乙基铝/二氯二氰基苯醌为引发体系,采用正离子溶液聚合法对异丁烯(IB)与对甲基苯乙烯(p - MeSt)在-90~-20℃下进行无规共聚,考察了 n - Hex/ CH3 Cl(体积比)、二氯乙基铝(EtAlCl2)/一氯二乙基铝(Et2 AlCl)(摩尔比)及反应温度对共聚反应转化率和共聚物相对分子质量的影响。结果表明,随着n - Hex/ CH3 Cl 混合溶剂体系中 n - Hex 体积分数的增加,共聚反应转化率和共聚物的相对分子质量均下降;在 EtAlCl2/ Et2 AlCl 共引发体系中,随着 Et2 AlCl 摩尔比的增加,共聚物的相对分子质量不断增大;随着聚合反应温度的升高,共聚反应转化率和共聚物的相对分子质量均下降。
